One thing, the current market conditions are atrocious so I wouldnt use current market conditions as typical. Secondly, in my experience from people I know, many sophisticate investors usually aren't in it for a quick trade, they are in it for the long haul. I can't imagine where MAK would be if this placement was offered to everyone.
