Couldn't agree more kevin. At a rough stretch of the imagination, is it possible that they have selected April 10 for the EGM to allow sufficient time for good news regarding both offshore oil and drill results to be announced and considered by the market, therefore allowing for a much higher SP at time of further dilution?
Proxies have to be in by April 8 so I know how I'll be voting if nothing concrete has been announced before then.
