What on Earth are you talking about?

Do you think it's unrealistic for shareholders to have believed the quarterly ADAPT revenue forecast was $4.4m for the last quarter when the CEO they pay to run their company formally stated this?

Do you think it's unrealistic for shareholders to have believed the CEO when he said that Admedus wouldn't need any more dilutionary capital raisings for operating expenses?

Do you think it was unrealistic for shareholders to believe Matthew Ratty's formal announcment to the ASX that he "will continue to remain a strong supporter of the Company through my material holding in the Comany and have further demonstrated this with my recent commitment to participate in the $6m Placement, further increasing my investment", only to then find out (through a top 20 shareholder update) that he's ACTUALLY been dumping his shareholding on the market?

If it's unrealistic to believe anything that company management FORMALLY announce, then what do you think is reaslitic? Do you think it's realistic to assume that company management lie to shareholders? If that's the case, then why would you even invest in the sharemarket??

Zuckerberg and Facebook management are getting sued for much less than this. Read about this issue then you'll see that Facebook management have done much less to deserve a class action than Admedus management.

One thing is realistic - AHZ management have directors and officers insurance policies that need to be claimed upon because (in my opinion) they have blatantly misled the market.
