    i think some of you have missed a bit on the announcement:

    the 75million placement will take place within 3 months...
    thats so that the maximum 15% placement allowed by ASX is still available in full within the year.

    basically they will issue 75million plus the maximum 15% allowed.

    CVI will be a billion share company before they are a billion dollar company (if ever)
