it's all about fear and greed. right now fear rules with a drip feed of negative anns from the financial sector.

today it was carlyle group's turn. when will it end? until it does, shorting every rally is a viable trading strategy.

i went short prematurely today(broke my rules) but hung in there and got out with a small profit.

if i had done that during the bull run i would have been killed. actually i did get killed(financially) during that period doing just that.

now the fear in markets is palpable and you can get away with poorly made short decisions.
