this money will probably be used to resolve the debt to repurchase the options to be converted into shares that belong to the executives. everything must happen by 1 September 2018 and therefore it is already in fact accounted for. the most interesting consequence for us is that everything is bound to the opening of phase 3 or a finalization of partnership; we therefore have the certainty that one or both of the prerogatives will occur in the incoming month.
