I can only work by the odds of what is "normal".

The odds are a low this month with a probable higher low in May, but may be lower depending on how this month finishes.

As far as topping goes I "expect" a couple of years then a bad bear mostly for the resource countries.

I am guessing at slight new highs in this topping pricess but I can't be adamant about that.

I think the world could be in for some stagnation overall for quite a few years.
