Ann: Recompliance Update, page-10

Now is the time to push the company for some independent Directors including through correspondence, the upcoming meeting of shareholders and by contacting the ASX to ensure the independence is forced on the board with recompliance and that all other non compliance in their Corporate Governance Statement are abided by as this would be of the greatest benefit to shareholders.
The product and the chance for growth are there and huge but I feel that the company can no longer be run as if it is a dictatorship
or a private family company
