I sold some shares a while ago at 15c, then it ran up to the 20s, then it pulled back, and I had some funds in place to buy if it dropped below 15c. Guess that's not going to happen. I'm not timing the highs and lows every well on this one.
Anyway, very exciting news. I wasn't aware that Black and Decker was such a large player in the home security field (2nd largest in the world evidently).
I got a newsletter from Armada Capital today that highlighted this announcement, and included a slide from a SWK investor presentation (here). One slide mentioned "commercial electronic security acquisitions" as strategic objective.
