Ill take a closer look at this annual report, they will have a note on the impact of new standards.
I think its just payment terms - growing companies often have revenue in excess of cash collections for long periods.
Take a look at receivables and their ageing to see whether they have a collection problem
And take a look at the doubtful debts provision & other provisions to see whether these are growing inexplicably - all signs of an administrative issue.
Finally, there is a note with a reconciliation of loss after income tax to cash outflow from operating activities. This usually explains the difference between the CFS and P&L and movements in the BS.
