IF they can get the Share Price UP above .5c....then the oppies can be exercised.That would be Ideal as that could bring in a lot of Money in the short term and completely avoid any need for a Cap Raise anytime soon.
But there is a point here...the revenue in the 4c is clear for everyone to see....They need more than $5,000 per QTR in earnings.The company I'm sure through Ann's etc will be pushing hard to get the SP Up over 5c,get the exercised Monies coming In to get them to the point of meaningful contracts and Cashflow.
That is the Goal....In the meantime if someone puts a Revenue Earning Deal on the Table that would be A major turning point...An alliance with Singtel would help with all of the Above....we wait for an Announcement.
