Well u cant blame a property cycle lol as if this is the case agents would go broke in downturns ... Its about diversifying and selling to the general market conditions... The market cycles can go bearish for 5-7 years as we are coming off such a hot run from 2013 - late last year expect to see a few more years of slowdown + chinese are not chasing prices up now....
This is just a piss poor result in a somewhat good market..... What will happen if the property markets really struggles .... Quality agents dont blame conditions they make the most of them...
Thats a pathetic qrtly and im surprised 002 did not get hit .... The rattle of the tin wont be far if they dont pull the finger out plain and simple....
