Agree, Teamlaunch. In a sense, Neuren has painted itself into a corner with the exclusivity deal. Failure to execute would not be pretty. Someone recently opined that Neuren would have the upper hand the nearer we come to the exclusivity period ending. I'm not sure about that: IMO Neuren is under equal pressure to get the job done. Both parties committed to best endeavors to reach a deal, but if both try to hold out we could end up with a Mexican stand-off and no cigar.
I acknowledge the foundations have been laid for a deal - consolidation, board changes, exclusivity agreement - but crikey it's nail-biting stuff. No wonder I'm getting nervous and (probably unduly) pessimistic.
