Initially I thought that 550 shareholders or 20% participation was low, but then again not everyone may have had the spare capital laying around to have taken it up.
Using myself as case in point, I own ATC in 5 entities - personal name, smsf, and 3 x trust accounts for my 3 kids. I participated in the raising in SMSF only as that is where the spare funds were. So my 1 out of 5 is 20% - as a snapshot that matches the wider participation numbers exactly.
All in all very positive, oversubscribed.
Let’s see where we trade from here. If we can keep the news flow and the construction rolling, we may be able to hold the raise price as a floor. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a temporary dip under the raise price in the coming months just in those patches where nothing new is coming out.
