With Jinchuan holding 11%, the directors 10%+ means there is still around 40% in the hands of hedge funds/smaller retail investors.
When do the directors actually have to announce they have sold their holdings, anyone know???? Once ZFX achieve 50.1% control and can gain control of the board???
