Can you please ask management for a response to the perplexing sequencing of events.
The company stated through you that they thought the announcement was price sensitive and given the they also thought the discovery was ground breaking, this would imply that the company believed the announcement would have a positive material impact to the share price. This being the case, why was the CR restructured to 3.5 cents with the attached option as well, prior to this announcement being made?
Would seem logical as a postered had already noted for this to be released before the CR restructure.
Can you please ask the management team to provide some commentary?
Also, I hustled wanted to follow up on my previous query regarding the valuation for MCL. Sholom previously stated that QBL’s market cap was the best measure which I respectfully disagreed with given market cap can be fickle as everyone has seen which has lead the CR to be revised to 3.5 cents. Does QBL still stand by those comments about the trades market cap being the best measure?
