Yeah, it begs the question, did they not see the need for a capital raise coming? How could things change so fast that they would raise at this low point? Plenty of well managed companies raise near the highs rather than the lows? Did they try at $1.18 and get told it would need to be at a much lower point? Surely it smacks of mismanagement rather than good management. I'm interested in the opinion of others who may have informed comment.
