There has been absolutely ZERO commentary from the company around the forecast miss, and they come out and do this.
They have a MC of $38m (based on HC quote).
If they need more than $12m, that is almost 30% additional dilution, or an extra 200m shares.
I will wait to see what the terms are.
I REALLY feel for all holders, I hope it is as positive a deal as possible.
