That's exactly who should be participating in it - every single one of them. Now is the time to lead from the front, yeah, might be a bargain (they should participate at 30c like everyone else recently!!), but it's on them to fix it up as best they can - Without a doubt the loan covenants have been breached, absolutely the cause. WP should be leading the charge on this raise if he's genuinely had a howler...
