One could assume that most of the directors have now sold?

So at 38% and the chinesse playing hard ball, I would say ZFX may need to consider their options maybe a higher bid price if this is possible.

The directors are scheduled to go once they achieve 51% and it aint look like happening by next Friday.

Almost assured of a further extention I would think.
