Why are the Directors repsonsible for a short term movement in the share price? Why is it looking very bad for them, and why would a share price movement cause you to commit them to the "shame file"?

I would have thought that the operations of the business would provide the basis for judgement, and it seems they have been going pretty well so far. Once funding is announced for the first tranche of FNT (8 mill or so) I would imagine the shares will rebound on the basis of all that extra traffic (and profit) as announced. Short memories will prevail and the directors might even be removed from the 'shame file'....
