Prevailing is the "Culture" of instant gratification... in this case the intermediary gets $30 K and probably ? the "lenders" are dumping immediately... unless the stock is currently "hot" and long term investors/ holders are averaging down in the hope of minimising loses in case the company may be subject of T/O at giveaway levels...
