    Note that the partnering deal is done - now the takeover !

    Recommendation Impact: Our valuation remains at $0.90. As we commented in our last review, although AVX is now seeking a partnering deal, this does not rule out the possibility of a takeover, and in fact may accelerate such a move. We estimate a bid would be pitched around $1.10.
