Equally important to know is this...if Buddy are "experimenting with pricing" (cheaper presumably), does it follow that the re-sellers and distributors make less money from their cut and are less motivated to sell the product?? Are Buddy planning to grow a larger direct sales team in light of these experiences over the last 6 months?
