At least this time they have listened to shareholders concerns regarding the last diabolical CR. This time it is NOT at a discount to market and it includes a sweetener (a free option), as had been suggested to them in discussions concerning the last stuff up. Sure more dilution but at least it is restricted being a one for ten offer - so not as bad as it might have been. All up, and given the need for cash, I think that they have managed to walk a fine line here and get it right. I will take up my entitlement and I will also ask if there is capacity to buy more, given that some shareholders may not exercise their option to take up their rights.
