UBS won't be on the register for long. They are going to flog all the shares off. S32 might be an interested party yet. We won't know more until next week. It doesn't sound like UBS want to be on the register either. They are just channelling the stock now that the bought from Investec. Thats the way I understand this.
That 20mill trade thismorning would of been UBS offloading already at a higher price than the 34c bookbuild IMO.
They were obviously maybe not happy about the lack of growth trajectory and thought they would deploy their capital elsewhere.
Anyhow we wait and see. Still happy to sit and wait and see how it pans out.
