What I've noticed over the years is the one thing that always seems to lengthen the time taken to deal more than any other factor, is cash balance. The higher it is, the harder it seems for vendors and cotrolling entities to reach agreement. Happens time and again. May at least help explain, for example, why WCP (PLL) got the lithium project and 20-odd bags and EQX is still waiting for a deal. I don't know that for sure; it can also depend on major holders on the register introducing a deal. ODY is o&g, so unlikely to cut CR1's lunch. Cheers.
