I was previously quite aware of most of the comments portrayed in the email to shareholders from GTT Ventures but even I was shocked by several facts unknown to me regarding this Board of Directors. I use the term directors very loosely. There are other words to truthfully describe them.

There is obviously issues here but GTT have history themselves with the Takeovers Panel through SOC now named 4CE. Everyone can make their own decision and expect fireworks soon as no board will just put up a white flag.
