CFE must have known what was going on during the Timis default period and if they didn't they are a worse management team than even I have given them credit for.
Onto his missed dividend payment, the figure you mention is only a fraction of what TS gets while CFE is a going concern, he has multiple revenue streams outside of his directors payments (which are higher than some asx200 companies) and dividends to himself or child companies. This was the crux of the Lebbon case and complaint while director. For one paying way over market rates to a TS owned company for office lease.
*Cough* unblemished record? Every deal TS has made has ended up in court and even had the Tax department on his door step.
The Germans should not just read here but contribute, then hopefully they will also keep TS honest so for next win the shareholders get to see their SHARE and not 2/3s of it syphoned into the accounts of the few mates.
