From what I understand the advanced projects were always the target. My research indicates corroborates the announcements that a lot of the infrastructure for some of these sites already exist. It really is just a matter of starting it going again. The recent slump in SP had me put this on the back burner but this rally shows there really is more to this.

Once I have confirmed facts and are able to support them, I will provide more details. It's not that easy getting information from Zambia with out any RELIABLE contacts, not for me anyway. Any one else out there with contacts in Zambia?????
