Reinstalling takes me about 3 days.

Apart from all the MS updates and all the drivers and little odds and ends.

Then I have a serious problem with compatibility with my trading software which took weeks to sort out last time involving changing computer "speeds' or some such thing.

Then there is saving all indicators I have writtten and various other rubbish.

I have been through that a few times when Dell said that reinstalling was the fix because they couldn't figure out a problem and MS was just as bad.

In every case the problem was not fixed that way and I now refuse to treat that as a first resort.

I am overdue for a new machine and will have to bite the bullet shortly I guess. The only reason I haven't is that we do have a second machine that will serve me in an emergency.

Any way enough of that.

We have a bounce from what I regard as a stupid SPI close.

Friday nights are always unpredictable and I guess tonight will be no exception.
