    Thanks guys,

    Its mid term, when rates were rising in 05/06, things needed to be changed, so fit was good from then until last year when rates started dropping. Before then, totally different, but there is a very long term model there somewhere.

    See some Bond/Equity market forward links though, but will definitely tune this, cheers.
