So many commented on my error on the location for tianqi and albermale plants. Thanks again.
But let's not lost the point i am trying to make. The cost to get to lithium hydroxide is not much different between quality brine and quality hardrock. If its not true, one would wonder what tianqi and albermale are doing building those plants with greenbushes lithium. In addition, sqm another brine producer want to build a hydroxide plant with kdr (another hardrock developer).
Ken has been saying this for quite a while now. I hope the misconception of brine is always cheapest vs hardrock can be put to rest.
