If they are not met, we then have to have everything signed again.

This to the Indians would not be a big deal, they would just sit back.... relax.... and do it at their leisure. For us, it would spell more frustration and ultimately the options they handed out would be worth nothing as their expiry is 2019.

I think about the announcement we had almost 2 years ago, it mentioned that everything would be sorted and signed in "several weeks".
Since then the indians have taken their time.

We are doing big things, we are absolutely on the right track, SH confidence in our tech and in that we are moving into India is at an all time high, but for when this all happens? I feel the sentiment is : not at any time soon.

It has never been about getting the job done on time. It has always been about getting the job done right. It has taken this long because the job is now done.
I have absolute confidence the time lines set will be met.
