triage andoneuponedown i agree with both your points. i dont see the exact fid date as critical because i agree that phase 2 is going ahead essentially as planned and fully funded including forwardcashflows.
the delay is an annoyance but doesnt justify the sp drop, nor does the weakening in spot lico3 orices recently.
