if twiggy's talking of pushing rail through to CC it's because he has to, not because he wants to. he's got to preserve capital until he starts turning a profit. its about 100km = $200m, not a decision we normally leave to the track crews.
if the ore-grazers don't work he'll be copping too much dilution, losing his thin ore bands, and needs to pick the eyes out of CB & CC to get DSO tonnes out quickly.
or you can always mine with shovels as well as load ships. just need to bring in more chinese workers.
