Well, I guess they have a few ties to MFS they want to fully sever.
Also, this new BOS loan agreement needs to have the ink dried on it before they start to say anything to the market.
Any delay however is not such a bad thing because they could easily get cut up in this market if there is any doubt about their backing.

Anyway I just wonder how you guys feel about what they are worth? I mean short term and longer. They have good asset backing but if property is going to take a hit where does that leave them - and us, of course?

(I never bought the bl**dy things I just inherited them through Villaworld.)
