In its FY18 results, SEEK Ltd (SEK) will recognise the net impact of three key significant items of A$142m related to Non-cash impairment charge against the carrying value of Brasil Online (impairment charge: A$119m) and OCC (impairment charge: A$59m), and a Non-cash fair value gain of A$36m on investment in Maimai. Excluding the net impact of significant items, SEEK expects preliminary unaudited FY18 results at the top end of its prior guidance.
