That would support a valuation several bags on today's. 1/2 billion $$ or more i reckon.
I dont want to drift into rampy speculation (your baseline model satifies my investment goals/timeframes) but it does excite me to consider how much the addition of lives (among many other catalysts) may 'pop' the revenue curve up and bring breakeven closer.
