I've been looking over NSR and one thing that worries me a bit is that this seems an extremely easy industry to enter. Basically you just need some land, build some various sized boxes and hire some basic security to keep am eye on them.
Am I missing something here? Are there any significant barriers that would stop competition easily entering the market and under-cutting NSR? I do understand they are the market leader but for such a generic offering I would question whether brand value mean much to the average customer.
