This might not make you laugh
, but it'll certainly put a smile on your face...
Thanks to
@retiredyoung for the information
Buddy receives a commission per RV sale per month (in addition to $2m base revenue per year which I have not included in the below).
Assuming Airsteam is selling 95 RVs a week... here is a revenue projection from the deal:

This is only looking two years ahead, but as you can see the potential revenue generation is significant (
and it is cumulative revenue growth, building month on month like ohm).
I have used figures ranging from $10 per RV per month to $1,000 per RV per month. Note, Airstream currently sells RVs in the range of A$50,000 to A$400,000 - IMO something in the order of $100-$1000 per RV per month is realistic.
I welcome all discussion on what kind of revenue split Buddy could expect from a deal like this though? I.e given an RV might cost a customer $400,000, surely it isn't unreasonable that Buddy might receive $500 per month or $6,000 per year from that one sale (given that would be a low percentage of the overall cost of the RV).
If this is the case, as noted above this deal alone could be worth anywhere between A$12m and A$130m just over the next two years alone. Watch this space lads!
@DreadPirateRoberts please add to the list of Webinar questions if DM can provide a rough estimate of the "blended mix" of revenue generated per RV (
if possible) (as this would be invaluable for revenue projections).
I feel extremely sorry for all those who got sucked into selling on high emotions last week!
IMO Bud is significantly undervalued and the days of sub 20c will come to an end any day now.
The up in that J-curve of growth is on the horizon... IMO we are almost there!
Exciting times ahead!!
GLTAH!!!!!
