And I am sure that all other stocks that are in suspension received similar notices.
Regarding the management comment. BPG based on historical data is and has always been a high risk stock. I am not defending management- but asking the same question as I have always asked - why did you invest in BPG in the first place - maybe you got caught up in the Crypto hype and thought that you could make a quick $$$ ?
