You realise “battery grade” is somewhat arbitrary and is defined by what the end users are satisfied with. If they are happy with the product, they will attempt to enter into a contract for supply which will also be on a negotiated price as there are no fixed metrics. Irrespective, the use of terms like efficient production and battery grade are strong terms in this context and would easily be considered as misleading to the market if they were not true. I know Jerko and he is well aware of this fact.
