rch is low risk

RCH is a pretty low risk play given its market cap fully diluted is about 0.5% of its in ground metal value of $18 billion.

The great thing about RCH is its high grade. Its easier to attract joint venture partners than if you were just run of the mill grades.

The high grade core is incredible. There wouldn't be too many Mo mines in the world with 55Mt @ 0.19%MO.

Did you notice that BHP and RIO have recently announced the go ahead on their respective Nickel Laterite projects in Sulawesi. BHP's project is $2Billion and RIO is a $300M expansion.

The first 8 years at least will be open pit which makes it pretty straight forward.

The volume has been good, seems to be strong interest.

What's the likelihood of the company finding Rhenium in the deposit?

Rhenium is found only in Moly deposits usually copper/moly but also moly deposits without copper.

I understand that rhenium is easy to extract, its done at the smelter (roaster).

Rhenium sells for about $10,000 a kg. If in the deposit it could add hundreds of millions to its value.

I understand that Rhenium grade tends to correlate with the Moly grade i.e. higher the moly, the higher the Rhenium. RCH's deposit is high grade MO so we may get a similar situation for Rhenium if its in the deposit.

I liked your $1.40 a share (fully diluted) calculation Z. I undertand you used a bankable feasibility study documents to extract the numbers. I guess the high grade of RCHs deposit is what drives the high value per share?

So what your saying is that once its past BFS stage and financing is in place and assumes there is a 50% JV partner which carries the equity, its worth $1.40 per share fully diluted?
