There are clearly some general fears in the market and an unwillingness to rely on projected cash flows, that is what a bearish market does! The company has made some very specific statements that they will be generating 2m rev per month by mid 2008. Personally i am still very comfortable with STX as cash generation from the current Mesquite wells plus Rayburn (D1 and soon to add D2 and GF1) is enough to support current price so any additional success is pure icing on the cake . . that icing could be very thick!!
