Likewise - my personal insights but assuming the stock price stays above 7.5c (which it looks likely given no-one has bothered to even sniff at that predatory bid), most of the rights will be taken up. A cashed up company with an FDA approved device already in market is worth a lot more than where we were at a few weeks ago. The funding risk is now off the table. I wouldn't get stroppy that some insiders got some cheap shares, options with a higher strike would have been better, but these guys still need to be incentivised. No one goes into this (including yourselves as an investor) to not make money. The money from the rights issue will significant de-risk the business and provided holders to top up and lower their cost base (and probably some people to exit in the leadup). I have absolutely no concern for previous investors who have sold out prior or sitting on losses - time to either take your losses and move on or just get on with it. I can't see much downside from here, just need to really see those costs moving down a little bit and continued sales ramp. I'm taking a 24 month view on this though.
