Interested in opinions about the CDI we will receive as existing AMC shareholders. I would prefer not to hold shares on NYSE mainly because it adds a bit of extra confusion to my holdings and additional complexity in doing my tax return.
But how does this proposed CDI work? Is it any different from holding shares in an normal company on the ASX. Any differences in treatment or reporting when doing you tax return and in terms of dividends received?
