It was all supposed to be close to being sorted,nearly 3 months ago. maybe they just cant come to a final agreement on S.America ground.

We still have no answer for why the shares ran from high 30's to mid 70's in a matter of weeks. Maybe talks were coming to a close, and then have since stumbled at the last hurdle. Lots of ifs and maybes I know, but thats all we have to work with really.

Drilling soon as you say , but companies would normally raise pre drilling just to cut out any risk, and the way the last raising went, you can be sure current shareholders wont be involved at these basement prices.

all they need to do to get the price up for a placement is to start talking of plans in brazil for the potash ground.the reason they havent done this already is probably due to some confidentiality clause in discussions.

You have to keep in mind the directors are not interested in pump and dump type announcements, and they stated that at the agm. They will try and push things along with the minimum of fuss.
