Good news if you are a true believer.

I was hoping to bail out with a big gain after holding for years and pay off some debts. I’m disappointed that aint happening today.

But if you believe trof is a certainty(“if”), this deal is pretty good news long term. All paid up pathway to getting it to a big market with money to NEU along the way, plus NEU keep the rest of world profits which I would have thought would be large in parallel with the US.

I would actually be more disappointed with a medium upfront that gives away the future, or worse another capital raise or two.
