Point is? but a little hindsight for you, you don't have to be a holder of a stock to comment and look up the word "contrarian"
Maybe that "fooca" wants to own them and as such would like to see management conduct themselves as they should be by following their obligations guided by the ASX listing Rules and/or the Corporations Act.
